How many pieces fit?
Avenzelle has separate spaces for rings, earrings, necklaces and bracelets. The number of pieces depends on their size and style, so we don't quote a fixed capacity.
What size is it?
The organizer measures 28 × 18 × 3.8 cm (approximately 11 × 7.1 × 1.5 in). It's soft-sided and foldable, designed to pack alongside your clothes and travel essentials. These are the product dimensions; separate folded and unfolded measurements are not available.
Can I pack necklaces separately?
Yes. Dedicated sections and zip pockets help keep necklaces separate from rings, earrings and other pieces, making them easier to organize while traveling.
What is it made from?
The exterior is made from polyurethane (PU), a soft vegan-leather alternative, in Dusty Blue Gray with gold-tone details. The interior lining material has not yet been confirmed.
Is it waterproof?
It isn't waterproof. The PU exterior is intended to cope with the occasional light splash or a few water droplets, but please wipe it dry promptly. Do not submerge it, soak it or expose it to heavy rain. Protection against water has not been independently tested.
When will my order arrive?
We offer free standard shipping to eligible US addresses. Orders are fulfilled from China with CJPacket Ordinary. Estimated delivery is generally 7–14 days, including order processing and transit time, although some orders may take longer. Tracking is provided after dispatch. Our provider confirms the shipping method is DDP, with applicable import duties included.
Can I return it?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or would like to request a return, please contact our support team with your order number and details of the issue.
